Tracy Lotz, FOUNDER
Mr. Lotz entered the vacation home rental industry by creating 1st Choice Rental Properties 15 years ago. His vision was, and continues to be,
to empower property managers with the best tools and technology to grow and optimize their business. LiveRez relies on the guidance and
direction of Mr. Lotz’s deep experience in the vacation rental industry to provide the most complete solution built on the needs of vacation
rental property managers.

Gary Gigot, EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
Gary serves on the board of Aprimo, Aveso, Clearsight, Docusign, and OnRequest Images. Gary was an investor in Visio Corporation (NASDQ: VSIO) and signed on as their chief marketing officer, where he played a central role in positioning Visio as the leader in business drawing software. Gary’s technology experience includes serving as vice president of marketing at Microsoft from 1990 to 1994, where he managed the advertising, PR, research, channel, events and direct marketing disciplines. During his Visio years, the market capitalization rose from $25 million to $1.3 billion, after which the company was sold to Microsoft. Mr. Gigot is a 16-year advertising veteran, principally with Ogilvy & Mather.
Gary remains an active philanthropist, having founded the Gigot Center of Entrepreneurial Studies at Notre Dame and the United Way of King County’s "Out of the Rain" initiative to end homelessness. Gary currently sits on the Notre Dame Business School Advisory Council, the University of Washington College of Arts & Sciences Advisory Board and the Board of Managers of Northwest Horticulture.

Bill Lawler, VICE PRESIDENT of SALES
Bill Lawler has over 20 years of experience building and leading organizations for highly successful companies including Dell Computer and Apple Computer.
During his 8 years at Dell, Bill was responsible for leading the Enterprise inside sales organization, directing the Western and Central outside sales organizations, developing and implementing Dell's Platinum and Global account programs and was the inaugural manager hired to develop the Western US Enterprise territory in 1993.
Prior to joining Dell, Bill spent 5 years at Apple Computer in various capacities including District Manager and Branch Manager positions for Apple's corporate account segment and value-added resellers. Other experiences include VP and GM for Meritage Technologies, a software development company specializing in enterprise portals, content management, e-commerce and custom web applications for US and European-based Fortune 2000 companies; Western Area Sales Director for Falcon Microsystems, Apple's largest global value-added reseller into commercial aerospace customers and government accounts; and management positions at Wang Laboratories and Burroughs Corporation.
