The Sales Executive is responsible for proactive outbound prospecting and nurturing companies that are ideal LiveRez clients and the acquisition of new clients to support the achievement sales and revenue goals.
Sales Executives are driven and competitive individuals who focus on generating and closing new business opportunities with small business entrepreneurs in the Vacation Rental Industry. We are looking for hardworking people to discover and pique the interest of businesses we sell to and who will benefit from our product. Successful candidates must have a strong, self-motivated work ethic and the drive to not only meet, but exceed sales targets.
The Graphic/Web Designer is responsible for taking conceptual design ideas and creating visual representations of them, in the form of online websites, digital products and physical prints. This individual would work with a variety of products, applications, and software platforms, while simultaneously collaborating with a number of team players across the LiveRez departments to deliver compelling design products that promote a variety of software, websites and services, all for the LiveRez brand. The Graphic/Web Designer will report to the Head of the Design Team. We are Looking for those with more of 70% web design experience and 30% graphic design experience.

As a Partner Support Representative, you’ll be on the front lines, supporting our partners and troubleshooting system questions and functionality. You’ll be their trainer, their coach, their technical support, and their sounding board. From answering how-to questions to troubleshooting technical issues - you’ll be there to aid our partners and provide them with the best experience by using multiple communication channels like chat, phone and email. Our Support Team quickly adapts to partner needs to deliver a human and consultative support experience through creative problem solving and thorough knowledge of how the LiveRez system works.
You should have experience handling difficult or sensitive situations in a professional, timely, and thorough manner. This position requires strong analytical, problem solving, expert level follow through and troubleshooting skills. You should be a self-starter, capable of managing your own schedule, and be highly motivated to provide exemplary customer service.
