Sales Executive


Job Description:

The Sales Executive is responsible for proactive outbound prospecting and nurturing companies that are ideal LiveRez clients and the acquisition of new clients to support the achievement sales and revenue goals.

Sales Executives are driven and competitive individuals who focus on generating and closing new business opportunities with small business entrepreneurs in the Vacation Rental Industry. We are looking for hardworking people to discover and pique the interest of businesses we sell to and who will benefit from our product. Successful candidates must have a strong, self-motivated work ethic and the drive to not only meet, but exceed sales targets.


Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the achievement of individual monthly and annual sales quota
  • Responsible for working collaboratively to support the achievement of overall quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Creating, implementing and evolving effective account strategies in order to achieve sales targets
  • Developing and closing sales opportunities through proactive, outbound prospecting and diligent follow up
  • High volume of daily outbound prospecting including cold calling, phone calls and emails
  • High level of phone communication speaking with and selling to prospective clients
  • Acquire new customers from a variety of lead sources including hot, warm and cold leads from campaigns, partnerships and events
  • Effectively deliver compelling sales presentations/demos
  • Effectively communicate with and sell to prospects by identifying business challenges and requirements
  • Address prospects/clients challenges by presenting, demonstrating and persuasively communicating the value of the solution
  • Responsible for weekly reporting on sales activity and performance
  • Navigate key decision makers to build awareness within organization
  • Actively participate in sales forecasting by consistently maintaining accurate data and records in CRM
  • Provide valuable feedback from prospects to identify blockers and anticipate future market needs
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
  • Represent company at industry related trade shows, company sponsored events and in market acquisition trips

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years experience in sales

Web/Graphic Designer


Job Description:

The Graphic/Web Designer is responsible for taking conceptual design ideas and creating visual representations of them, in the form of online websites, digital products and physical prints. This individual would work with a variety of products, applications, and software platforms, while simultaneously collaborating with a number of team players across the LiveRez departments to deliver compelling design products that promote a variety of software, websites and services, all for the LiveRez brand. The Graphic/Web Designer will report to the Head of the Design Team. We are Looking for those with more of 70% web design experience and 30% graphic design experience.


Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Create and design various materials for print and digital assets (e.g. websites, emails, forms, advertisements, brand guides, brochures, etc.)
  • Align design work with established brand guidelines and narratives
  • Conduct research, involving design team and ensure the design process is organized and effective from start to finish
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
  • Perform retouching and manipulation of images (e.g. creating a style of images)
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software to execute compelling work
  • Work closely with other departments to bring projects and ideas to life.
  • Illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
  • Obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layouts for creative review
  • Coordinate the creation and shipment of design collateral
  • Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies and/or freelancers, art services, printers, etc
  • Maintain technical knowledge (e.g. attend design workshops; review professional publications; participate in professional societies)
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
  • Maintain marketing assets library by organizing and refreshing collateral
  • Have an understanding of Kanban boards and/or Scrum and can be flexible with similar technology

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Ability to take marketing direction and constructive feedback well, and is able to excel individually or in a collaborative work environment
  • Communicate and maintain communication with Partners to ensure design tasks are recorded and interpreted to the web designer properly
  • Ability to communicate with web designers and/or developers on tasks requested by the partner and also have a basic understanding to troubleshooting those tasks if incorrect or invalid
  • Ability to work with partners and their 3rd parties and excel in the execution of the specific tasks within expected timeframes
  • Reliable when working in a team as well as individually when delivering/receiving tasks
  • Communicate and provide any basic support on technical/website issues, often explaining information to people with no web design knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate information clearly
  • Maintain scheduling and flexibility with meetings for all departments
  • Create and schedule social media, survey and email content
  • Administer and maintain the company’s email marketing software platforms
  • Assist with trade-show and conference related shipment coordination
  • Additional administrative and marketing tasks as required

Requirements for Graphic Designer:

  • Associate degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in graphic design
  • Wordpress
  • Marketing acumen (e.g. inbound marketing)
  • Knowledge of layouts, wireframes, graphic fundamentals, typography, UX/UI Design, print, and the web
  • Strong understanding with web development, knowledge of HTML and CSS is a must
  • Animation and videography skills preferred
  • Expertise in using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic/video design software)
  • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects

Your Role:

As a Partner Support Representative, you’ll be on the front lines, supporting our partners and troubleshooting system questions and functionality. You’ll be their trainer, their coach, their technical support, and their sounding board. From answering how-to questions to troubleshooting technical issues - you’ll be there to aid our partners and provide them with the best experience by using multiple communication channels like chat, phone and email. Our Support Team quickly adapts to partner needs to deliver a human and consultative support experience through creative problem solving and thorough knowledge of how the LiveRez system works.

You should have experience handling difficult or sensitive situations in a professional, timely, and thorough manner. This position requires strong analytical, problem solving, expert level follow through and troubleshooting skills. You should be a self-starter, capable of managing your own schedule, and be highly motivated to provide exemplary customer service.


Requirements:

  • Fluent in Microsoft Office and Google Chrome.
  • Experience in bookkeeping and/or general accounting preferred.
