Automated Work Orders
One of the biggest ways that LiveManager can eliminate redundant tasks is by implementing automated work orders. When you onboard, you’ll create templates that are trigger by specific events. The settings are flexible, so you’ll have control over how which companies are assigned to which properties. And since LiveManager is part of your property management software, you can trust that your bookings will seamlessly create work orders without you having to push a button. Once the work order has been completed, it will populate in the invoicing section. There, you can review it, manually adjust anything as needed, and then push it through to LiveTrust.
Multiple User Logins
Whether you contract with one vendor or many, you can grant multiple users permission to access LiveManager. That’s why we’ve allowed for multiple user logins. Contractors won’t be able to access other aspects of your vacation rental software but will be able to see all relevant tasks housed in the LiveManager dashboard.
