Our roadmap for continual development is guided almost entirely by partner feedback. We have two different advisory boards, as well as various committees, comprised of professional manager partners that help us evaluate and prioritize the needs of our partner base. April 2018We placed a major focus on converting those potential guests into confirmed reservations with the addition of payment plans, $0 down reservations, the ability to pay-in-full online, establishing weekly pricing that displays intuitively in the search results, and highlighting specials on the search page.
July 2018An entirely new module was added to our work order and maintenance solution, LiveManager, that allows for direct invoicing of work orders to LiveTrust and the ability to create paystubs and a payroll summary.
January 2019The entire property onboarding process from LiveRez to Airbnb saw a facelift this month. Along with an improved user experience, we offered increased functionality with the ability to map your LiveRez property to an existing listing on Airbnb.
August 2019For the first time in our history, we’re connecting with an additional travel insurance provider to give our partners the power of choice. With the Rental Guardian integration, LiveRez partners can now explore new insurance programs that can be major revenue drivers.
November 2019We are excited to announce our first integration with a revenue management provider – Beyond Pricing. Partners have seen incredible success leveraging their dynamic pricing tools.
