His career has been filled with wins, including being a major force in bringing vacation rentals into the mainstream of eCommerce travel, and the first influential voice to advocate for revenue management in the vacation rental industry, which is now a standard among property management companies.

John’s not just about business – he’s about making life better for everyone around him. His latest ventures as an author, speaker, and podcast host allows him to do just that. From his “Finding Better Podcast” to his Amazon best-selling book “American Grit,” John brings people together through history, love, and life experience.
John shares his personal ideal to “make life better for others and lift the world to be better than the day we landed on it.” He explains, “This especially applies to the vacation rental industry. Making life better for others is a gigantic part of what hospitality is all about.”
